Festival Registration

Thank you for taking the time to learn how to register for the Bear Valley Adventure Sports Festival. We accept registrations through our secure online registration form. It is strongly recommended to pre-register to insure that you can participate in the events you desire. If you have questions, comments or concerns, please contact us. Registration Policy
Pre registration is strongly recommended and full payment reserves your spot.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or transfers made before 2 weeks of the event will be refunded less a $25 registration fee. No refunds or credits for cancellations or transfers made within 2 weeks of the event starting date. In case any events gets cancelled due to weather or other circumstances you will receive a full credit for future events.
